same size as that pic... its normal pokemon sprite exportation size... if u use paint u can stretch the box until the bottom right number says 64x64 :D

Okay then can you fuse Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza? That's my challenge, but probobly won't be too hard, and I don't care which one's the base, suprise me!

Uh, well, the colored lines over all of them, I want those to be all of the colors. And for the colors for the body, use red & blue.
