Mt. Silver: Who do YOU want to see?

Okay, so one of my recent blog posts (and no, not the one on Rebecca Parrett; that spurned no discussion at all >:( ) got me thinking...

This is the final, toughest trainer in 4th gen. They are supposed to pose the greatest challenge to you. IMO, Red doesn't quite make the cut.

Here's who I would have liked to have seen atop Mt. Silver:

But that's just my opinion. My question is:
What trainer and team do YOU want to see atop Mt. Silver?
You're invited to be as creative as you want, but if you really like Red as-is, you're free to just re-post his team, lol

P.S. You may be asking, "Why not Lisa, my Original Character?" Well, it's because Lisa wouldn't be waiting around for challengers in a dark, dank cave. She'd be waiting for you at a place like this:

I'd like to see a double battle:

Maxie and Archie, with:

Crobat and Crobat (imagelimit wut)

Alternatively, Lyra/Ethan with fully evolved forms of all Kanto and Johto starters (somehow)

Blue with a shiny Metagross would be kind of off-game, though. Have you EVER seen an in-game trainer with a shiny? Although it would be a pretty good addition.

And I can see Blue with a team like this:

Blastoise, Wigglytuff, Clefable, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres. And if she can't have the last three, then Ditto, Nidoqueen, and Granbull.

And quite personally, Red would be a much greater challenge if he kept the Espeon. And I should know. My Espeon is rather dangerous.

An AR (or pressing a gun to the back of your friendly neighborhood professor) works wonders :P

IIRC, two trainers in FR/LG's Trainer Tower are set to always have a shiny. And I bumped into a shiny Seviper in the Battle Arcade in Platinum.

In any event, that team is my in-game/fan fiction character's team, though for aforementioned reasons she would not be available at Mt. Silver.

And I can see Blue with a team like this:

Shared weaknesses (Electric with the birds, Fighting with the manga team) would be the downfall, though.

No argument here. Zapdos as well, if we could allow it.

Yeah, since he doesn't need all Electric types, just all Pokemon that can learn Electric Attacks :3 It got him through D/P (where he was actually more challenging than in Pt)

And I just had another thought for this...

You approach Red. Blue/Leaf runs up wanting to challenge Red. A shadowy figure appears next to Red. The battle is a tag match: You and Blue/Leaf versus Red and...

Get ready for it...

Or hell, just change the weather for rain, get Miror B. in there with his team of six Ludicolo, and LET THE MUSIC PLAY!

With a remix of Miror B.'s theme, y/y? Or heck, just use his XD music (which I liked more than his Colosseum music, honestly).

And the bird trio is also part of manga!Blue's team, sort of. She only used them once, if I recall? (and passed two of them to Red and Green to use)

And I've never seen a shiny in-game other than ones I've come across in the wild or from another irl trainer D:
