Multi-Attack syntax error

    Hi,
    Pokemon Essentials continue to give me syntax error to this line: "elsif isConst?(@id,PBMoves,:MULTIATTACK)", but I don't understand where it is, and if I delete it gives me error on this line "when 0x66" that I haven't even touched, I don't understand anything about scripts can someone help me please?

    I dont really know but maybe change to this:
    (@id,PBMoves,(:MULTIATTACK))
