Multiplayer Pokemon Rom Hack?

Any of these available...? Like so you can play online with people by either paying online or using a download-able client?

I'm afraid, but, as far as I know, it's highly unlikely that a multiplayer hack exists. You should go check Rom Hacking or Game Development, you might find one there.
