Hey guys,is there another music hacktool for gba other than sappy?my sappy doesn't work-it's not like the music didn't play,it crashes when i loaded the rom,so any ideas for music hack tool?

There's a sappy mod 17.1 It works on Windows 7 and stuff.

Go find Sappy Mod 17.1 , Last time I grabbed it, it was on Filetrip, it allows Windows 7/8/8.1 support.
