If you pay attention to your pokemons Attack scores and let them learn moves accordingly ( physical for Attack and Special for Special Attack) then they do even better.

From looking at your team pretty much all your pokemon use the Attack Stat. You may run into some trouble during the E4 if they throw out a pokemon with good Defense. Although if this team has got you through the game then go for it.
Your teams types are nice and rounded just try to give them a larger move pool so they can deal with other pokemon better :)

Suggest you get to Level FIFTY for several Pokemon for the Elite Four. At least.

Capture and raise one of the ant-eaters from Victory Road.

My Serperior had a nature I did not like. So I counted on its defenses to help in victory. Basically I would bring it into the round, use Leech Seed, then switch out. Big Root works well with Leech Seed.

Zebstrika

Yeah. Looks cool and all, but will most likely be of minimal hepl against the Elite Four. Poor defenses. Could help to use a Revive on something better though. Sorry, i just don't like Mr.Zebra.

Thrash-> hopeless if you are confused, a ton of E4 are resiliant to this pathetic move. Try this: Giga impact ( yes, I know, recharge, but it should OHKO a lot of weaker pokes. Switch right after, or any Tm move that will round your set out. You could even do RETURN which has 102 power if Max friendship
Fire Fang -> fire punch is WAY better Heart scale it at Mistralon City
Flare Blitz

Sawk Lv.46 This set has no coverage. It will shut down if hit with a psychic or flying. A TON of moves u will see in E4. Try more diversity
