it's shiny so your going to have to offer a good EV'd poke or a shiny with those...i'd never trade shinies let alone pokes for items...i need them badly but i know whats valued of what

well depends what are the IV's of the bagon and what are the EV's of the Deoxys (if you know)??

I asked for the Timid Espeon. Im not exactly sure on the EV spread on Deoxys. And the Bagon is level one so the IV calculator says 0-31 every time.
