Could people please comment on how I could improve this team and what pokémons could be major threats to me. Thanks.

    1. Lead
    Salamence
    Ability: Intimidate
    Item: Focus Sash
    Nature: Adamant (+Atk -Sp.Atk)
    EVs: 6HP | 252Atk | 252Spd
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Rock Slide
    -Earthquake

Generally good lead. After a Dragon Dance it should have about 448 Spd and 607 Atk. This lets it sweep quite well and with Outrage it is very powerful. Rock Slide gives it something to hit Skarmory neutrally with. Earthquake gives generally good coverage plus takes Heatran out with ease.

    2. Revenge Killer?
    Scizor
    Ability: Technician
    Item: Choice Band
    Nature: Adamant (+Atk -Sp.Atk)
    EVs: 140HP | 252Atk | 118Sp.Def
    -Bullet Punch
    -X-Scissor
    -Brick Break
    -Pursuit

This works really well. Possibly because of the large defensive typing it has and the extra Sp.Def EVs. Bullet Punch is quick and takes weaker Pokémon out with ease thanks to technician. X-Scissor provides a strong STAB attack. Brick Break will help take out the Steal types which resist every other move and it will also hurt Blissey a lot. And Pursuit will help kill the switching pokés which run from Scizor.

    3. Special Sweep..... Explosion!
    Azelf
    Ability: Levitate
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Nature: Rash (+Sp.Atk -Sp.Def)
    EVs: 80Atk | 252Sp.Atk | 178 Spd
    -Psychic
    -Flamethrower
    -Shadow Ball
    -Explosion

This was originally my invention to take out SpdDeoxys back when it was in OU. It still is useful though. With the scarf it reaches well a really big speed. I chose Rash becasue I get the Sp.Atk increase and it has the Choice Scarf for the Spd increase. Rash is better than Impish in this case because the Azelf is really quikc and the only moves that are going to be hitting it are the priority moves. All priority moves other than Vaccuum Wave are Physical so Defence was still needed. Vaccuum Wave is a Fight type move so Azzelf resists it anyway.
Psychic is the general STAB attack. Flamethrower provides useful coverage, most impotantly Steel types. Shadow Ball was there to kill Deoxys but now provides useful against Dusknoir and other Azelf. Explosion is for the final switch in with Azelf. I tend to use this when I predict the Blissey switching in to stand against one of the Special moves.

    4.Bulky Water Thing
    Suicune
    Ability: Pressure
    Item: Leftovers
    Nature: Bold (+Def -Atk)
    EVs: 252HP | 252Def | 6Spd
    -Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Calm Mind
    -Toxic

This can take quite a few hits. Although it has no form of recovery (other than Leftovers) it still works very well. Using Calm Mind to increase the Sp.Def and to help it kill quicker with Surf and Ice Beam. Toxic is just there so things like Dusknoir don't get to stay in for too long.

    5.Physical Wall
    Skarmory
Ability: Keen Eye (not that it matters)
    Item: Leftovers
    Nature: Impish (+Def -Sp.Atk)
    EVs: 252HP | 252Def | 6Sp.Def
    -Drill Peck
    -Spikes
    -Roar
    -Roost

Works really well as a Physical wall. Probably why it was so popular.
I chose Spikes because I prefer the multiple layes doing more damage to most Pokémon. Roar becaue I could breed Roost and Drill Peck in if I didn't use Whirlwind, The only problem with that is Pokémon with Sound Proof will not be switched out. Only a few Pokémon have it though.

6.Special Wall and Surprise Counter Attack
    Blissey
    Ability: Natural Cure
    Item: Leftovers
    Nature: Bold (+Def -Atk)
    EVs: 252HP | 252Def | 6Sp.Def
    -Flamethower
    -Toxic
    -Counter
    -Softboiled

The Counter attack actually works really well. My Blissey has killed lots of Swamperts and Salamence with Counter. With full Def and HP it can actually take Physical hits quite well. Toxic helps keep other wall switching out, useful with spikes in aswell. Flamethrower will hit anything Toxic won't. And Flamethrower can aslo kill the more offensive less defensive Scizors, requiring Blissey moves first or Scizor doesn't kill Blissey. SoftBoiled acts as a standard recovery.

Well that's my team, I hope its quite good but even I think that having two Toxic users is a bit too much and that the Suicune is a bit dodgy.

Don't lead with DD Mence...It's much more effective mid to late-game. And lol, Fire Fang > Rock Slide, hits Skarmory for super effective instead of just neutral =P

248 HP / 252 Attack / 8 Speed on Scizor, HP EVs are better than special defense for taking hits.

    Azelf wants this set :

    Azelf @ Choice Scarf
    Naive
    36 Attack / 252 Sp Attack / 220 Speed
    Psychic
    Flamethrower
    Grass Knot
    Explosion

Grass Knot > Shadow Ball, you get better type coverage and you still hit ghosts hard with Psychic.

Yeah, in this metagame, the best leads are generally those that start with Stealth Rock, if you want someone who starts with SR and hits hard, go for someone like Metagross. Swampert can be a useful lead, as can Infernape and Heatran. If you want someone to just annoy the heck out of everything, this is one of my personal faves, Anti-Lead Machamp

    Machamp @ Lum Berry
    Adamant
    No Guard
    252 HP/ 160 Atk / 96SpD
    Dynamic Punch
    Payback
    Substitue
    Encore

Remember that in the current metagame, most leads start with SR, and Encore is just the perfect way to screw them up. Lum Berry stops annoying leads that use status, and lets you use Sub. Dynamic Punch hits hard, and Payback is for those pesky ghosts. If used well, can really set thems back trying to remove it.
