I can't really decide which one I prefer. The first one looks like it's drawn better but it's a bit too humanish but I like the design for the second one.

I love your fakemon designs! A fighting bird like that is actually a cool idea and I really like how you presented yours! :3 The expression looks awesome and I like how you added that feather to its forehead - adds to the coolness factor!
Onwards to critique!...
My recommendation is to try to use strokes for your lines a little more. Raptular's lines in particular look a bit boxy and straight, especially around his neck and lower body. Sakimyo's an improvement when it comes to linework but that's probably because it shows more on that one since I assume that's just how its body shape is. All-in-all, watch your lining a bit more and try to work on anatomy and you'll be good to go! :D
For the future, I recommend trying to draw at a bit of an angle so your images look a bit less flat. Since your current two fakemon are rather similar in the sense that they're "human-like", I hope to see different types of fakemon from you next to see what else you can do! :)
