It's not much of a strategy, but what I am trying to do is to get my Gardevoir Lv.X and my Lucario Lv.X out as quickly as possible, along with the energy cards that I need. Gardevoir's attack "Bring Down" knocks out a Pokemon on your opponent's side of the field that has the lowest HP each turn. Lucario's "Bulk Up" increases its "Close Combat" attack by 30 pts, making it deal 110 damage.

Two issues I have with that are that Lucario X has only 110 HP, so you may want to run some Expert Belt, and the fact that it's not always one of you Opponent's Pokemon that has the lowest HP on the field, and what Gardevoir X's Bring Down does is only allows you to take out a Pokemon that has the lowest HP on the field. You could also get away with fewer Broken Time-Space,
