mostly a countr rand, AJ does a lot of damage, although scarfdora is a way better counter for rand

Nattorei: Maximum defenses isn't a good idea when they're a lot higher than your HP. Personally, I'd go with this spread: 252 HP/176 Def/80 Atk or SDef. Some explanations of what each Pokemon does may be helpful.

Nattorei is better with 252 HP/ 4 Def / 252 SpD from my experience. Guts Roobushin is better off with Flame Orb, although you can stay with Leftovers but its still no match from Desukan 1 on 1 so just stick with Flame Orb and stay away from Desukan as much as possible.

Give Latios a timid nature so it can outspeed Jolly Garchomp and speed tie with Lati@s as well as outpace Jolly Mence. I would also be more even on Nattorei's EVs, I think I run something like 184 HP / 160 Def / 164 SpDef @ Careful.

edit: give Garchomp a Jolly Nature too....... and Shandera a Timid Nature. Speed is _the_ most important stat in pokemon and outpacing stuff is incredibly important.
