    No glaring weaknesses, although it looked like you copied straight from Smogon.

    Ignoring that last comment, you would get better help if oyu would post EVs.

    Who is smogon? Iceman was the one who explained the basics of the different types of sweepers and walls to me. I am gonna post my EV's for Empoleon in a sec, that is the only one I have so far.

    I have just updated my team with EV's for Empoleon. How is it?

    ?

    Dusknoir always wants Pain Split, no matter how unreliable it is. Put it over Confuse Ray.

    Shadow Sneak over Disable.

    Ya, EVs would help.

    Whoops, missed Pain Split. I love that move.

    Also, next time, leave out their types. Its a tad bit insulting when you say what types the pokemon are, as if we didn't know already.

    This is just pasted from my word document, I wrote the types for my own reference so I could see what the weaknesses and strengths easily. I just forgot to delete them before I posted them, sorry, ill do that now.

    I've just updated it again.

    Oh, it was more of a friendly advisory. Some people spells out the types, types of the moves, Abilities, what the abilities do, etc. It gets frustrating to watch. No harm done.

    Never run Careful. Never. I'd run Leftovers and Agility over Roar. Get rid of Salamence because all of Mence's Moves take care of what only hald of Empoleon's Moves can do: Surf and Ice Beam. Two Special Sweepers works better. As long as they don't either do the same thing, or they aren't the same type...

    So get rid of Mence to make room for empoleon to sweep? Um, no. Mence can special sweep 3x as good as empoleon ever could. And lol, surf and ice beam don't hit this certain category of pokemon that kind of dominate the metagame...BULKY WATERS! Agilipoeon would be terrible for this team, sorry. That bolded part was totally wrong. Seriously...

    Why not ?

    Empoleon can be a special tank aswell as a special sweeper you know and is a really good specsmence counter.

    Some place where groups of the most elitist people I've seen gather. I don't associate with them, though. I have my own style.
    Now, perhaps I should take a look at that team, hmm?

    Weavile – Choice Band
    Jolly Nature
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

    * Night Slash
    * Ice Punch
    * Brick Break
    * Pursuit
    Since Weavile is basically Hit-And-Run, we'll stick with Choice Band.

    Alakazam – Choice Specs
    Timid Nature
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk

    * Psychic
    * Focus Blast
    * Shadow Ball
    * Trick
    Looks okay.

    Empoleon – Leftovers
    Calm Nature
    EVs: 172 HP / 84 Def / 40 SAtk / 208 SDef

    * Surf
    * Ice Beam / Grass Knot
    * Protect
    * Stealth Rock
    Tank Empoleon, I'd probably run with Stealth Rock. Protect to prevent Super-Effective attackers from harming it.
    And there's some better EVs for it.

    Skarmory – Shed Shell
    Impish Nature
    EVs: 208 HP / 84 Atk / 216 Def

    * Drill Peck
    * Spikes
    * Roost
    * Whirlwind
    Good.

    Dusknoir - Leftovers
    Impish Nature
    EVs: 252 HP / 96 Def / 160 SDef

    * Will-o-Wisp
    * Shadow Sneak
    * Pain Split
    * Fire Punch
    Fire Punch make Heracross angry =)

    Salamence – Choice Specs
    Modest Nature
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk

    * Draco Meteor
    * Flamethrower
    * Hydro Pump
    * Dragon Pulse
    Erm kay.

    Thanks guys

    Since you don't have something to absorb Status for you, and a Special Wall, you should consider adding a Snorlax or a Blissey, most preferably over one of those Sp. Sweepers. I supplied EVs for the remains of your team. They should help.

    Thanks Iceman, which special sweeper would you reccomend me take out to make room for Snorlax?

    I'd disagree, I'd take out Zam. Mence can actually switch into stuff, Zam can't switch into anything for the most part. And Mence hits teh hardest 11!!one1!111!!!

    So this is my new and improved team, what do you think?

    Weavile – Choice Band
    Jolly Nature
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

    * Night Slash
    * Ice Punch
    * Brick Break
    * Pursuit

    Snorlax - Leftovers
    Careful Nature

    * Return
    * Earthquake
    * Curse
    * Rest

    Empoleon – Leftovers
    Calm Nature
    EVs: 172 HP / 84 Def / 40 SAtk / 208 SDef

    * Surf
    * Ice Beam / Grass Knot
    * Protect
    * Stealth Rock

    Skarmory – Shed Shell
    Impish Nature
    EVs: 208 HP / 84 Atk / 216 Def

    * Drill Peck
    * Spikes
    * Roost
    * Whirlwind

    Dusknoir - Leftovers
    Impish Nature
    EVs: 252 HP / 96 Def / 160 SDef

    * Will-o-Wisp
    * Shadow Sneak
    * Pain Split
    * Fire Punch

    Salamence – Choice Specs
    Modest Nature
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk

    * Draco Meteor
    * Flamethrower
    * Hydro Pump
    * Dragon Pulse

    Oh and thanks for all your help guys, I really appreciate it, 2 days ago I knew nothing about EV's or what makes a good competative team, and now I can confidently go and EV train a team successfully :-p
