I don't plan to make an Ash's Charizard anytime soon, but I may sometime in the future. And the Ken Sugimori art came from the official Japanese site's Pokedex. And use it how? Print it out and battle with it? O.o;; I doubt cards I make are tournament legal.

Ok the name is wrong font and screwed up. The HP is wrong font and NOT suppose to be italicized. "Firebreathing" is obviously already from a real care and you just added the zero's to the 10, which if an attack cann do 110 damage with 1 energy it is extremely broken. "Drill Peck" is wrong font and screwed up. The 7 in 70 is wrong font and screwed up, because that is also pretty broken. The word "Drill Peck" is also too far down. It needs to be a bit higher with the 2 colorless energy symbols. The weakness and retreat are fine since they also are from the real care and you didn't do that either. The rarity is screwed up and looks like a little blob.
