Hi everyone, I've been using this team on Pokemon Online for a while now. It's gotten relatively positive results but I'd like some help in making it better. These are probably pretty regular sets, but I've tweaked a few of them to my liking.

    So, Team at a glance:

    And in depth:

    Swiper - The Lead - @Life Orb
    Jolly / Regenerator / 4 HP / 252 ATK / 252 SPE
    ~Fake Out
    ~Taunt
    ~Hi Jump Kick
    ~Stone Edge

Mienshao is my favorite pokemon, hands down. Yes, beginning with hazards is always great. But Mienshao gives me a great Fake Out lead that immediately taunts afterwards, forcing their set up pokemon to switch out and allowing me to get a free switch-in. Also it's a great revenge killer and usually stays alive until the end, thanks to his Regenerator. Also thanks to his ability, Life Orb is a great item to use. I like this guy a lot!

Ella - The Physical Attacker / Bulky Grass - @Life Orb
    Adamant / Justified / 4HP / 252ATK / 252SPE
    ~Swords Dance
    ~Close Combat
    ~Leaf Blade
    ~Hidden Power Ice

My second favorite pokemon and a very useful one. Usually I can switch this thing in on a Politoed and get at least one Swords Dance up, which is always nice. I've been using her mostly to kill off things that Rotom-w couldn't kill already, but she's very useful in herself. HP Ice always takes a good chunk off of birds, although since he's psysical I am debating replacing it with something else. So definitely need help there.

Washin' - The Special Attacker / Bulky Water - @Choice Specs
    Modest / Levitate / 252ATK / 4SPD / 252SPE
    ~Thunderbolt
    ~Hydro Pump
    ~Trick
    ~Hidden Power Fire

This guy! I love using him. His Specs boosted Hydro Pump kills so much it's marvelous. Trick is used mostly late game when I need variety. I have been debating switching TBolt for Volt Switch but it hasn't been much of a problem-o. HP Fire hurts those pesky grass types, especially Ferrothorn. A great sweeper in some instances.

    Alien - The Wall/Support - @Leftovers
    Careful / Serene Grace / 252HP / 224SPD / 32SPE
    ~Stealth Rock
    ~Body Slam
    ~Wish
    ~Protect

JIRACHI! I love using this little guy. He's so cute and he's a great wall and parahax is awesome obviously. Yes Rocks used to be Iron Head but I like this better as I get hazards and I wasn't using Iron Head for more than the flinch anyway but opinions on that would be helpful! Thanks. (: Basically, he's always a safe switch-in.

    Blue - The Dragon / @Life Orb
    Timid / Levitate / 252SPA / 252SPE / 4SPD
    ~Dragon Pulse
    ~Calm Mind
    ~Grass Knot
    ~Psyshock

I LOVE LATIOS. He is extremely powerful and Life Orb is a pretty good item. I chose DP instead of Meteor because I wanted a consistent attack, and it hasn't been a problem at all. I've tested Surf instead of Grass Knot and Psychic instead of Psyshock and I've decided this is my favorite set. So yeah, he's a check to... Everything that doesn't resist him. I call his job on the team the dragon because every team needs one in OU.

Troll? - The Special Attacker - @Life Orb
    Modest - Flash Fire - 252SPA / 4DEF / 252SPE
    ~Fire Blast
    ~Shadow Ball
    ~Substitute
    ~Pain Split

Chandelure is totally underrated now that it's in ubers. I found myself needing a good ghost and fire for my last slot, and he has definitely been perfect. I would like Fire Blast's accuracy to be better but what can you do? Subsplit has been pretty useful as a combo too. Overall a solid sweeper and Shadow Ball can 2HKO a lot of threats.

    So yeah, thanks for looking!

If Virizion is using Hidden Power (Ice), it should use a Hasty nature so that its power isn't reduced.

Latios is currently walled by Steels, particularly Heatran and Ferrothorn. To deal with both, stick with Surf and try out Hidden Power (Fire). Recover needs to be somewhere on that set too, since Latios has good Special Defense as well.

Chandelure isn't Uber, just so you know. :P

On Jirachi you really need Iron Head with that set, while it seems good to get by on just Body Slam - you don't have a flinch rate on it and you're just basically halving your opportunities for their attacks not to hit (uh you know what I mean) for no real reason, whereas with Iron Head you can flinch. I know it seems like a waste of space, but with that set, it's really the best thing you can do (like how you mentioned all it does is flinch... that's basically its main intention). Plus, with Iron Head chances are you won't even need to use Protect since Iron Head flinches the opponent so often. Plus useful against ice types too (and rock etc) & the fact that you can do nothing to Sableye & other ghosts. So I'd really suggest Iron Head > Protect if you're keeping Stealth Rock. ;x

And on Virizion if you're not really a fan of HP Ice you could always go with Stone Edge to have pretty much -almost- the same coverage.
