Unless the Jolteon is Jolly (Most are modest) and has 31 IV's + max EV's in Speed, hopefully Dugtrio should be able to hit first, it does have bad defense, so perhaps Sucker Punch sacrifice and then switch to Yanmega, protect and attack.

Well actually most are Timid, for quick sub passing purposes.

Timid Jolteon max speed = 394

Jolly Dugtrio Max speed = 372


However the sacrifice thing could work. If your planning on bringing Yanmega back in continuously, i highly suggest a Rapid Spinner because Yamega will have 50% of its health chipped off each time it switches into Stealth Rock.
 
I'm working on a Claydol for that reason, currently breeding. :0

lolz, I would need to be battling a 11 Spd IV Jolteon to be on par with it, doubt that would happen. Most likely just the sacrifice, but no team is perfect, and I have only met 1 Jolteon before, and it is easy beaten now I think of it.

Milotic vs Jolteon

Switch to Electivire

Motor Drive from Thunderbolt

Even if still slower, doubtful Jolteon could do anything before I killed it.

Jolteon would switch...what kind of idiot leaves their joltaon in to get OHKOed by a Vire? Besides, jolteon might set up a sub, since milotics often carry hypnosis, and occasionally toxic.

and again that leaves me with the advantage, because of the increased speed, 'vire would be able to hit the Milotic first turn, and then finish second turn. All in all, I'm not too worried. Besides, no team is able to say that it is immune to every type of pokemon and move set out there, that would be impossible.

It won't get an increase in speed if it uses what I said it probably would...

Hypnosis...and milotic has enough bulk to shrug off many of those hits...

Quite true. there are some pokemon that are terrible to be weak against, like blissey or infernape.

Like I said, Jolteon wouldn't use Tbolt on the first turn. Probably would set up a sub to not get put to sleep or poisoned by milotic. Meaning the jolteon user is pretty smart...you have to understand that. Agility is common as well. Besdies, it's probably pretty obvious you have some trick up your sleeve.
 
hmmm true, but this is purely theoretical on both sides. We can assume they are smart, and agility. But as you said yourself, once vire is in, what idiot would keep Jolteon there? The agility would be wasted, unless they baton passed... How many Jolteon's have you seen with Baton Pass?

I've seen some passing SAtk through Charge Beam. Jolteon can pass a lot of stuff. Subs, Agilities, SAtk, and even once, (dare I say it?) Double Team. Baton Pass is what Jolteon lives for. Jolteon with no Baton Pass = meh.
 
Umm, to be on the safe side, avoid asterix-ing your curse words. Mods might/will identify it as an offense. I'd edit that if I were you.
