Hi to all, i'm new in this forum.
I want to ask to everything to rate and if necessary correct my team.

    THE TEAM

Let's start with the single presentation:

[PokeCommunity.com] My First Team to Rate (OU)

    Ninjask @ Leftovers
    Ev: 252 HP/ 252 Spd / 4 Atk
Ability: Speed Boost Nature: Jolly (+Spd, -S.Atk)
    -Substitute
    -Swords Dance
    -Baton Pass
    -X-Scissors(or Aerial Ace?)
Baton Passer, pretty classic, but probably the most important member of the team.
Substitute, Speed bonus with the Speed Boost, when possible sword dance.
After that, Baton Pass to a Physical Sweeper.
I have a big doubt if the last Attack must be X-Scissors or Aerial Ace.

[PokeCommunity.com] My First Team to Rate (OU)

    Marowak @ Thick Club
    Ev: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Ability: Rock Head Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -S.Atk)
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge
    -Double-Edge
    -Fire Punch
The Best Physical Sweeper option in my team.
Pretty Slow Pokèmon but if Baton Passed by Ninjask simply outstanding.
Earthquake, Stone Edge, Double Edge and Fire Punch covers a big amount of enemies, also Bronzong.

[PokeCommunity.com] My First Team to Rate (OU)

    Weawile @ Life Orb
    Ev:
    252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Ability: Pressure Nature: Jolly (+Spd –S.Atk)
    -Ice Shard
    -Pursuit
    -Brick Break
    -Ice Punch (or Night Slash?)
Dragon and Psychic destroyer, Brick Break on Pokemon like Tyranitar.
I can't decide if give him a more solid move in Dark or Ice side.
    Ice Punch or Night Slash?

[PokeCommunity.com] My First Team to Rate (OU)

    Gengar @ Life Orb
    Ev: 252 S.Atk / 252 Speed / 4 HP
Ability: Levitate Nature: Timid (+Speed –Atk)
    -Shadow Ball
    -Thunderbolt
    -Focus Blast
    -Explosion
THE Special Sweeper. Shadow Ball and Thunderbolt cover a lot, Focus Blast for TTar, Weavile and friends.
Explosion cause HP Fire is too difficult to get in-game.

[PokeCommunity.com] My First Team to Rate (OU)

    Gliscor @ Leftovers
    Ev: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Ability: Hyper Cutter Nature: Impish (+Def –S.Atk)
    -Earthquake
    -Aerial Ace
    -Roost
    -Stealth Rock
The physical wall. Stealth Rock to ruin enemy's team. Roost to keep him alive. Earthquake and Aerial Ace to STAB and to use his interesting Attack.

[PokeCommunity.com] My First Team to Rate (OU)

    Togekiss @ Leftovers
    Ev: 252 HP / 152 Spd / 104 S.Atk
Ability: Serene Grace Nature: Modest (+S.Atk –Atk)
    -Nasty Plot
    -Roost
    -Air Slash
    -Aura Sphere
    A hell of a Pokèmon.
Nasty Plot to bulk up his S.Atk; Air Slash and Aura Sphere to cover a lot of enemies. Roost+Leftovers to keep him alive in the long run.

I've a little doubt in the Ev Divison.

So, that's all. Any comment, rate, advice is well appreciated.
Just a last thing: i'm not a fan of Choice Items, i prefear variability. That's why i use Life Orb on Choice Band.

    Thank you for all!

I would suggest throwing Protect on Ninjask, sometimes he can get taken out in one hit, but if you are using him simply for a speed boost, you can Protect and gain that speed boost and then baton pass out.

Another suggestion is placing Encore on Togekiss, I run a togetkiss on my team as well, and encore proves to be worth while for him, most of the time it will force a switch, and togekiss can then get in a free hit.

Again, both just suggestions, they would be a good help for your team ^_^

oh one more idea, maybe try putting Bellydrum on Marowak, I know it's risky, but I've seen belly drum OHKO and entire team before, and it's happened to me more than once.

For a physical sweeper I thought Tyranitar would be much better than Marowak. I know its weak to a lot of types, but its attack is already humongous already with base stats 134. Its defences and hp is fairly high too and he is faster than marowak by 15 base stat points. Plus it learns a wide range of physical moves such as Crunch, Earthquake and Rockslide. Also learns Surf which may be useful.
Im not sure if its acceptable to use evasive stat increases in competitive play but instead of x-scissor i would put double team. Substitute once, double team twice, sword Dance 3 (if you're having great luck with the misses) then baton pass to an unbeatable tyranitar which could easily wipe out any team

Marowak is beter in this case because of speed boosts and Thick Club, which is the equavelent of a CB move, only with the option to not become locked in.

    Evasion clause. ;_;

Anyways, I strongly suggest HP Fire>Explopsion because Gengars without it nowadays are vunerable to to many switch-ins.

You also have a large Scizor weakness, Gliscor is the only one who can take repeated hits, and he cant do much to it.
