Hi all, I only joined Pokecommunity today. I want to make a hack based on Dragon Pokemon. Where should I ask for help?

Try learning yourself! There are many tutorials and such in the "Tools, Tutorials and Resources" section~
The tools present there are also helpful. Have you downloaded any of the many hack packs out there?

Ya, I know, I've been going through a few Tutorials, but so far haven't been able to understand much, to be frank. I didn't realize hacking was so difficult.

Yeah, it's a common misconception that hacking is just pressing a 'make game' button. It's challenging and very time consuming, and if you're young and has never programmed before, it's difficult as well. But don't worry, everyone was once a noob that didn't know anything. The community here is helpful, so if you've got problem, post them here and people will try to help you however they can.
