my in game team!

I had to choose a starter 1st hmm which one
Tepig>Pignite>Emboar - High HP and Attack
Oshawott>Dewott>Samurott - Mixed Attacker
Snivy>Servine>Serpiror - High Defences and Speed


I went for tepig.
I then caught a blitzle to cover my weakness to water and flying types
but i thought im going to have a team not necessarily the strongest but use a team ive not used before and will be fun in game


so my team at the moment with 3 badges is
pignite - 30
zebstrika 30
dwebble 28


im in desert resort at the moment, was maybe thinking about getting gothita and ducklett, then a bisharp later in the game
what does everyone think?

If I were you, I'd go with Ferroseed/Ferrothorn instead of Pawniard/Bisharp. For one, Pawniard evolves at level 52, which is really late, whereas Ferroseed evolves at level 40. Also, there are Water types that can give Zebstrika trouble (Seismitoad for example). Ferrothorn can deal with those just fine.

If you really need something against Psychic types, you can switch your Zebstrika for a Joltik or a Tynamo. Tynamo evolves into Eelektrik at level 39, which can learn Crunch, which can also help against Ghost types.
