My Introduction of Me

    Hello PC, I am Haruko171 and I am an extreme Pokemon fan. I have always wanted to make my own Pokemon game but I never knew where to even begin. I signed up with PC a loooooong time ago but I left almost right away because I was lost and caught up with other things, but now I am ready and I would love to start in making Pokemon games.

    A little more about me:
    I used to write a fanfiction novel back in 2009, a mix between Pokemon Mystery Dungeon and the Middle Ages
    I have owned every main handheld Pokemon game and caught every Pokemon for the region in each game
    My favorite Pokemon is Charmander
    I used to do Walkthroughs of Pokemon on YouTube until my computer had to be wiped recently

    Hey there, welcome! Or welcome back rather :P

    I'm sure the nice fellows at the emulator/rom hacking fourms would be happy to get you on your feet. You could also try to look for a mentor on the thread in this section, or check out one of the other fourms and experiemnt a bit (You may get back into fanfiction, who knows?)

    Plus your post count is really low, so you're still considered as a member no matter what. :)

    So, I see you're interested in making a game of your own? We definitely have the Game Development section for you to look at. You can get all kinds of help from getting started, to showing off your current project, if you have one. There are also tools for you to download, so you can get started. :)

    Hi there and welcome to PC! First off i really like that pic you have! (i'm a Pikachu fan if you couldn't tell..:P) Did you make that yourself in Minecraft or got it from somewhere? Anyways your in luck since PC has tons of helpful tutorials on making your own game, not to mention the great help people will give if you ask around. I just started out as a Rom hacker recently and the community has really helped me out a lot. If you ever need help with that stuff feel free to PM me and i would be glad to help you any way i can. :) Oh wow your fan fiction sounded interesting, wish i could of read it. Very nice on collecting every Pokemon in the region for each game. (iv finished Red, and Crystal Pokedex's) Also if you have any questions on PC at all message anyone with a bold name and they'll help you any way they can. (they're really nice :P) Anyways hope you enjoy yourself, hope your hack goes well, hope you like it here, and hope to see you around! :)
     
    This place seems really nice, I intend to actually stay for awhile now. Thank you guys for being so supportive and welcoming me here :D
