I don't remember where to get the TM. Once I get it, though, I'm getting rid of Dig.

You can get the TM in the Battle Tower for battle points. It's a lot though.. I don't remember where else.

In Wayward Cave (The Hidden Cave under the cycling road.You have to do a puzzle type thing by jumping over ledges to get to it though.
