Turns out my decision to restart Soul Silver was a good one. Not only did I remember NOT to get that ******* Joey's number, but I managed to catch this:

Yup, he's a shiny :)

And one more thing... I find it funny how the Blackthorn Dragon's Den is supposedly only open to accepted Pokemon trainers, and yet Photographer Cameron can waltz into the shrine whenever he damn well pleases. Just another LOL moment for me, and I'm not sure why it made me LOL.

Perhaps there is more to Cameron than meets the eye...

And Cameron probably uses Teleport to get around, so the person guarding Dragon's Den doesn't know he's in there o3o

Thanks! Actually, I had already captured the Meowth I wanted for my team and I was just randomly training there (Rt. 38 IIRC) when the shiny showed up. To avoid a KO, I paralyzed it and threw Great Balls at it. Two did the trick :)

Hey, welcome to the "I got a legit Shiny Pokemon from the Wild instead of a shiny I caught through the story" club. I actually caught a Shiny Buziel in Diamond when I was looking for a Mareep at Valley WIndworks.

Oh, BTW. I'd rather have a Pontiac than a Buick. I'll never forgive GM for dropping them when they could have dropped GMC since their trucks ARE THE SAME as Chevrolet trucks, only beefier. ><

I can't say I approved of GM getting rid of Pontiac either. Especially since the Chevy Camaro was on the way and Pontiac could've brought back the Firebird/Trans Am right alongside it.

And my parents actually prefer the styling of the Chevy trucks over the GMC ones, lol
