MY ONLINE POKETEAM - First Attempt... ratings suggestions comments etc

Okay, originially I tried posting this as a new thread but for some reason it never got through, so I posted it in the sticky above and got told to post it here >_> Probably just an error on my computer... but anyhoo!

I've never designed a team for pokemon battling online before, so this is my first attempt at it. Bear with me and my noobieness. I haven't put any stats for the pure reason that I'm unsure what the best Ev training would be for such. Anyway, here is my attempt. Any improvements or suggestions?

Roserade Would Be Great To Replace Victreebell [Move set: Extrasensory, energyball, Shadow ball, And Sludge Bomb]
Drogonite To Replace Pidgeot [Outrage, Thunderpunch, Fly, And Aqua Tail]
Magmotar Or infernape To Replace Rapidash [Magmotar Moveset: Psychic, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, and Focus Blast][Infernape: CloseCombat,Thunderpunch,Flamethrower,And Earhquake]
Milotic for Politoad [Move set: Hyper Beam, Hydro Pump, Recover, And Ice beam]
To Replace Raichu Ampharos or Electrivire [Ampharos: Signal Beam, Power Gem, Thunderbolt, And Focus Blast][Electrivire: Fire Punch, ice Punch, Thunder Punch,And Earthquake]
To Replace Alakazam put In A Tank like Aggron Or Metagross [Aggron: Aerial Ace, Brick Break, Rock Tomb, earthquake][Metagross: Zen headbutt,Metor Mash,Earthquake, Hammer Arm]

IF YOU WANT I CAN GIVE YOU ALL THESE POKEMON WITH MAX IV'S GREAT EV'S AND WITH THE CORRECT NATURES ITEMS ETC Just Give Me A Holler Id Be Glad To Gelp But One Thing You Have To Battle Me With Your New Team K ^,^

I will take into account that Alakazam and Victrebell are pretty decent, however what about Raichu's speed? A good all rounder at that, even though Electrode may be much faster Raichu can still pull the shots. I'd like to know the reasons for why this team may or may not succeed in battle, and the areas which I could strengthen and improve on. A reply saying that it's a bad team isnt helpful at all. Oh well, least you didn't say that I sucked :P

So yeah, can anybody help me on finding a good balanced team of tank, sweeper and annoyer based around this team?

My bliss got murdered by a Rai. Sims simply pulled him on skarm, me expecting T-bolt moved to bliss. Turned out it was Focus Punch, well predicted move and I took a loss for blissey.


The other pokemon are actually pretty good. I just can't help and neither can ANYONE with out a list of EV's. So if you know what EV spread they have it'd be helpful

My first reaction would be to give him good attack and get that Hypnosis off Asap. If he does go attack over sp.attack hp ghost would exactly be the hardest hitter...

Why do you have swordsdance on him? That raises attack two levels, yet you only have one possible physical attack on there. Get rid of swords or get a physical poison move to go along with swords dance.

Try switching either sweet kiss or attract for Toxic, as it would help more in the long run. I would give him a nature that benefits sp.attack.

My favorite of all of your team. Nice combination of moves. I would give it a timid nature so that you can get hypnosis off quickly and set up Sunny Day.

- Ice Punch/Recover

Ick. If you can get a CM off, then good for you, but you have physical moves with an attack reducing nature, and to top it off Zam is a special attacker. Hes begging for a modset nature. Also, try replacing that Thunderpunch/ Firepunch slot with Thunderbolt, and Psychic with (unsure about this) shadowball for better type coverage.

Get this guy out. Pigeot has mediocre stats. Try replacing him with Skarmory so that you can have a physical counter.
