I can breed it, and i can actually breed for an adamant one if you want, i just don't have an skull fosill though and it will take some time.
Also someone asked me to breed an adamant eevee, if you read this (can't emember who was it) i already have it.
 
OK, but do you have a Claw Fossil? if none, that's fine. Also, it's ok for me to have any nature, I just want a Male Skitty. Just tell me if you already bred it. ^^
