6th Gen My pokemon don't obey!

    Ok iam playing pokemon y.I had axew everything was alright but when it reached somewhere around level 30 started not to obey.Everytime i chose a move it said axew turned away or is loafing around or won't obey.Then itried with pokemon ammie to increase the friendship stats i increased them to max but the same happened.Then ni thought maybe it's because it's was female.But the same happens now with my ivysaur and blastoise.What can i do?
     
    I know what your problem is. It's tied to the fact your foreign OT/ID Pokemon have passed a certain level and you don't have the correct number of badges yet. There's a reason it exists, possibly to avoid breezing through with a massively overleveled Pokemon so they had to handicap it.

    How many Gym badges do you have right now and what are the levels of your Pokemon? That can help me answer your question.
     
    Yeah I assumed you'd still be early in the game after reading the mention of "Level 30" but yes, they will start obeying once you get the second badge. In fact, if I recall the level limit increased by 10 with every new badge so I think you should hold off using them until you have enough badges.

    Once you get the final badge foreign Pokemon will always listen to you regardless of level.
