I think I'm going to call it Pokemon Brave Pink, but I'm not sure yet. (yes, it's going to be a romhack, from pokemon fire red. Thought that was obvious, because I posted it here)
I know what you're thinking, NO, it's not going to be all girly flower powerish.
Having three girls as the main characters just seemed like a theme that hasn't been used that much before. Not being able to pick a boy, instead of a girl. And I hope that it'll stand out more having an original approach. Not that other people don't have that, but it's hard to see with other projects because it's all a boy walking around in a world (newly created worlds mostly).
Well, here's what I have:
The begin
At the begin of the game you will see a nurse joy, she talks to you and you notice that your character is going to enter the pokemon league competition; batteling, earning badges, traveling, all in hope to be the pokemon master.
You can choose between three girls;
Mitchy: Always in for a fight and a little hyper sometimes.
Kirly: Simply very nice and tries to enjoy everything at the most.
Eliza: Girly and afraid of lots of things.
You will be able to name the one you choose yourself, but the other names will stay this way (because I like them =P ).
All the three girls are going on an adventure to become pokemon master, but seperate, you'll meet the others pretty often on your way (often, not often, I'm not sure yet, probably somewhere halfway).
What would a game be without:
And then there's Team Rocket, somehow the infamous Teams of the pokemon world never took interest in this new region (which I haven't named yet), until about a month before your adventure begins.
Words are spreading that people have been seen in black.
Newspaper have new stories about Team rocket actions, even the TV takes interest in it.
Will Team Rocket stay in the shadows, unnoticed?
I doubt it =P.
Legendary pokemon?
And ofcourse there will be a legendary pokemon that has a big role in the storyline, it's small and very cute <3 (I have to stay a bit with the 'Brave Pink' theme).
If I eventually find out how to script this, this will be in the game:
Cellphone
Minigames
Day and Night
Weather conditions
After you received about 6 badges, I want my Pokemon professor to be able to send the player on a quest, if you succeed, you can choose a Hoenn or Kanto starter pokemon.
And what I have sofar?
I wanted to put a link here from two pictures I made from Mitchy and Kirly, but PC sais I can't because I haven't made 15 posts yet.. =<
A head full of ideas and a sketchbook which I draw and write a lot of them in (I've got the types gymleaders are going to fight with, in the right order, their badges and what they're called, the intro talk, I'm working on the first town (where it all begins). And stuff like that, other than that, a lot of junk that I'm not gonna use.)
What I'm working on right now?
I've downloaded the programs; advanced map, advanced text and other things, but I have a Mac.. I'm trying to get Windows, hope to get it in a few days.
And I'm working on the concept and first town in my sketchbook ofcourse.
And I'm watching tutorials on youtube =P.
And there's just one more thing,
I already tried advanced map and text on another pc..
And I can't wait to get started! =D
