7th Gen My rockruff won't evolve??

    Hi, i need help on an issue that im having with my rockruff. Recently i traded for an own tempo rockruff so i could get dusk form lycanroc, and i woke up at 5 am today and tried to evolve it (im using UM btw), i got it to level 25 and it didnt evolve, i reset and tried again a few times and it still didnt work. Is there a specific reason why?
     
    Never mind!!! The rockruff i got was originally from sun, which means i had to evolve it at 5 PM! LOL! I guess people can use this as a lesson though
