Bad call. Natures and IVs are the core of Pokemon. To illustrate my point, I would bring out a Adamant Rampardos vs a Serious Rampardos:

    252 Attack Adamant Rampardos - 471 Attack
    252 Attack Serious Rampardos - 429 Attack

There is a substantial difference in the Attack, approx. 40 points, which counts a lot in ensuring KOs.

IVs are the determination of your pokemon's stats. I bring up the Adamant 252 Attack Rampardos from earlier:

    Attack with 31 IVs - 471 Attack
    Attack with 0 IVs - 437 Attack

As you can see, there is a pretty substantial difference in Attack between two Rampardos.

I won't give a full and detailed rate unless you fix up the natures, but from a glance I can tell that your team has no effective walling sans Umbreon, which kinda fails at being a defensive wall, and is more suited for utility/Baton Passing.

Flygon is a bad fit as even with Max attack, it won't be dealing much with base 100 attack. Go CB, or LO Mixed.

Leaf Guard does not nullify Rest like Hydration. It only prevents status from being inflicted, either Rest would fail or you would immediately fall asleep. Leafeon is a bad choice for a sweeper due to its middling speed and lacking movepool.

Base 80 speed hurts on Blaziken, and without an immediate way to boost its Attack/Speed, it won't be hurting much. Go Choice sets or the SD/Agility sets:

    Blaziken @ Life Orb
    Jolly, 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
    Swords Dance
    Sky Uppercut
    Flare Blitz
    Baton Pass/Stone Edge

    Blaziken @ Life Orb
    Modest, 252 SpA, 252 Speed, 6 HP
    IVs - 30 Spe
    Agility
    Fire Blast
    Hidden Power Ice
    Baton Pass/Sky Uppercut

Kingdra's base 95 Attack/SpA hurts it a lot, as well as its slow speed. Rain Dancing Kingdra is the best set, but it wouldn't work well on this team.

P-Z is sadly outdated in today's speed oriented metagame, being walled by Bliss/Lax is not good, being walled by Heatran is worse. For that matter, I would ditch PZ entirely.
Lock On + Zap Cannon sucks as it requires two turns, and any opponent would switch out of Lock On.

On Rotom, 95 SpA is kinda bad, statusing Rotom doesn't work well in OU with its poor defenses. I suggest ditching Rotom.

Yanmega needs Hypnosis/U-turn, and on a Specs Set (only set that would use Tinted Lens), it would be advisable to have Hidden Power Ground/Ice.

    I'm dissapointed...

I know what they do... I didn't need the lecture MR. Know-It-All...

Well, I just like being different... And it's not really my problem that you won't give a detailed rating... Pheh... I don't have time for IV/Nature/Hidden Power Breeding...

Flygon is a bad fit as even with Max attack, it won't be dealing much with base 100 attack. Go CB, or LO Mixed.

Well, too bad... and I have no Idea what that last part means...

Leaf Guard does not nullify Rest like Hydration. It only prevents status from being inflicted, either Rest would fail or you would immediately fall asleep. Leafeon is a bad choice for a sweeper due to its middling speed and lacking movepool.

...Some guy at Pokebeach told me it did... I'd better fix it back...

    ... No...

...I relly don't like people making fun of two pokemon on my teams, or even one, and you're not the only one who knows good movesets... Sniper Kingdras aren't uncommon...

...and you didn't think I thought of that?

...I'm removing Rotom from the list for Dunsparce/Smeargle...

Yanmega needs Hypnosis/U-turn, and on a Specs Set (only set that would use Tinted Lens), it would be advisable to have Hidden Power Ground/Ice.

...I don't think I'd do that... just because it's the standard...

    my comments in bold/italics...

To be honest, if you're not going to take this seriously you won't win. You've pretty much disregarded Aquillae's entire post, all of which was sound advice. Natures are vital, it's not too dificult to breed or reset for them.
And where you say you're being different is actually just you hindering yourself. You need walls. Granted there are exceptions, but if you're not willing to even nature breed I doubt your team will stretch to being able to function without walls or support pokes.
Oh and he wasn't making fun, he was informing you about how neither will work. There's a difference between criticism and pestimism. Standard sets are standard for a reason, they work exceedingly well. On top of that, that kingdra is just relying on luck with scope lense and sniper.

So yeah, I'd take Aquillae's advice into account and make some changes. No-one's going to wanna help you if you just throw their advice back at them.

    Say what now?

Okay, you should learn how to take some fine advice... Aquillae took the time to even come by and help out, be thankful he even did. And yes, that was a good post. We're trying to help you improve, not for you to bash all the advice we give you. Aquillae did a fine job, read the post over again and take his information better.

I don't have much time so...

First off, Dunsparce... Brightpowder is a banned item, along with Kingdra's Scope lens. Increasing such luck is not welcome in competitive play, abusing luck is just... No. I would suggest a support Jirachi for this team, could compliment Flygon, and if your having a physical Flygon, you'd be better off with Mence really. Try the choice bad set on Flygon and see how that works. Though Salamence just looks better for that slot, intimidate is a better ability anyway. Shell bell is a weak item, go life orb on Blaz. Since you shouldn't use that Kingdra because well... It really only thrives in rain dance teams, and it's just abusing luck. Try Calmcune out, a bulky water could do this team some good. :) Also as a side note, heck yeah you should care about natures, EVs, IVs, etc. The base of competitive play, if you don't care your pretty much ingame.

    Good luck with the team~

...I read the conversation you had with Gofre... so I know why you posted...

anyways, I don't have Jirachi or Suicune (my colosseum's broken and I can't go to events)

I train EVs, but I don't care about natures/IVs for the following reasons:

    1. I'm just lucky when it comes to IVs, so yeah...
    2. the natures in this team don't exactly hurt those stats
    3. I don't have the time to try for both as I barely have enough time for EV Training...
    4. I do beat competetive teams without them (I only recently started EVs too, so that means I beat 'em without any of 'em)
As for the Items... I couldn't think of what to put on them...

shell bell was there to try reversing 1/3 of the recoil done by flare blitz, I recently changed it from life orb because I thought it would be too much recoil...

...removing kingdra... would actually give my team the space to use Smeargle and Dunsparce... so that's actually a good idea...

thanks for not using a "you're a n00b!" tone like the others...

Listen, you were downright rude and disrespectful for fine rates. If you don't want to take the time to breed for IVs and take advice, you don't deserve a RMT thread.
