    My sig has been criticized for it being too big, however some mods have infracted me for it in a CSS scrollbar, and others have said it is OK, I would like a definitive answer as I'm tired of being infracted for something that is debatable.

    If you want more proof, Chaos190 has had a scrollbar sig for ages now.
     
    It's against the rules, regardless of whether it's in a scrollbar or not. Just like if it's hidden in a spoiler tag.

    Hence why your signature has been disabled...5 times for the exact signature you have now by four mods (and an assistant admin, who told you it wasn't allowed via PM).
     
    Actually, the rule is so that it does not take up an entire page, PLUS I have talked to either lightning or Audy, and they said it was fine due to it not taking up a page, but being concealed in CSS.

    I would like the Admin to answer, as he would have the final say. The mods opinions also would matter.
     
    Signature rules

    Read them. There's nothing there that says anything about "taking up a page", and using a scrollbar, spoiler tag, or any other way to get around the sig size limit is against the rules. It doesn't matter if your sig is in a scrollbar or a spoiler tag, it still must be within the limit.

    So why does Chaos190 get away with it? And that is kinda stupid, I mean, if it is not that big, unless you SCROLL DOWN, then it should be fine. Whatever, I changed it.
     
    And it's still breaking the sig rules. Anyway, this thread isn't going to go anywhere. You've been told by a mod and an admin that your sig is breaking the rules. Read the friggin sig rules and make your sig fit within the size limits.

    Posting to add that if someone else has a sig like that, report it. If someone else is breaking the sig rules and their sig is still there, it probably means we haven't caught it yet. So use the report button on one of their posts to help us out.
