Uuh it has max SpAtk IV but wasted on SpDef EVs. Should have been on Speed..
 
I also have an EVd weavile if you dont like gengar?
 
Haha sorry i have Weavile, and please please please read the previous post. I hope as far as possible people would tell me they could clone in their first post. And if you're unsure about the EVs, dun post please... Sorry. I have a request though. Can you hack? PM me if you can
