Issue: My Supporter icon is gone?

So I used to be a Pc supporter tier 1 but not anymore. Is that supposed to happen? I contributed quite awhile ago. If that's supposed to happen then that's fair. But if it's a glitch or istake, is there a way I can get it fixed?

I believe it's because there are Supporter Tier changes going on, so you're no longer Tier 1 now, but Silver Tier, and you still retain your donation amount, so don't worry. I'm not sure when the PC Supporter icons will come back though.

There were numerous revisions to the way supportership works, which you can find in this thread.

To explain it in a more condensed manner, supportership as a whole has been overhauled. Tier 1 and Tier 2 supporters, for instance, are now in the 'silver' tier. You haven't lost your benefits as a supporter (you might have even been on the receiving end of new ones) and you're still counted as a supporter; it's just a bit of a shake-up. Because you were 'Tier 1' before supportership was overhauled, you're now a 'Silver Tier' supporter.

In addition to what Heartouch and Aurora stated, here's the changes in full:

Tier 1/2 = Silver
Tier 3/4 = Gold
Tier 5 = Crystal
Tier 6 = Platinum

The donation information thread has also been updated with the perks each rank receives. As for why userbars are missing, the staff are planning to work on creating some new ones, so they'll hopefully be released soon.
