    Here we go. I don't really battle online or anything, only with my friends who are pretty good. Remember, my team is to counter speciffically my friends' teams.

    Metagross: 252 HP/ 252 Atk/ 4 Spe
    Occa Berry/ Adamant/ Clear Body
    Stealth Rock
    Meteor Mash
    Bullet Punch
    Explosion

    SR, keep MM and try to kill and BP that last turn you can survive if you're slower MM if faster, or Explode immediately after SR if threatened badly.

    Dusknoir: 252 HP/ 252 SDef/ 4 Def
    Colbur Berry/ Relaxed/ Pressure
    Will-O-Wisp
    Gravity

    Dynamic Punch
    Pain Split

    Gravity, WOW, keep DPing, Pain Split if needed, though I don't really like PS.


    Porygon2: 252 HP/ 216 Def/ 40 SpA
    Leftovers/ Bold/ Trace
    Recover
    Thunderbolt
    Ice Beam
    Toxic

    Simple, Toxic then Bolt/Beam. Recover if needed.


    Swampert: 252 HP/ 40 Def/ 216 SpD
    Chesto Berry/ Careful/ Torrent
    Curse
    Waterfall
    Avalanche
    Rest

    I like this Curse multiple times, WF Fires, Avalanche otherwise. Rest if needed, wake up with Chesto.


    Arcanine: 116 HP/ 152 Atk/ 240 Spe
    Leftovers/ Joly)/ Intimidate
    Flare Blitz
    ExtremeSpeed
    Morning Sun
    Crunch

    I like this the best. Straight out attack with FB if unresisted, Crunch on Ghosts/Psychics, ES otherwise. Morning Sun if neede.


    Togekiss: 252 HP/ 40 SpA/ 216 Spe
    Leftovers/ Timid/ Serene Grace
    Nasty Plot
    Air Slash
    Roost
    Aura Sphere

    This is pretty good. NP, then Air Slash with Serene Grace is powerful when NPed, and can also flinch like 60% of the time. Aura Sphere good with NP, 90 BP, and never miss. Roost if needed.
     
    You want us to know this counters specific pokemon. Show us the pokemon you are trying to counter and then I can give you some critique.
     
    I need a little more info on your team to give a full rate (strategy, what you want to counter, etc) but some small details I can give out to help:

    -You are missing 100 EVs on Arcanine. Put them into Attack to boost power. Also I recommend Thunder Fang>> Crunch to hit water types with, since you will struggle against them otherwise. You should also use a Life Orb, since Morning Sun will provide you with recovery support for Arcanine so the recoil won't be as much of an issue.

    -Gravity on Dusknoir is iffy, because it really dosen't help anyone else. I recommend dropping it and Dynamic Punch for better attacking options, such as Shadow Sneak, Earthquake, or one of the Elemental Punches.
     
    And for Swampert, Water + Ice provides poor coverage. Replace Waterfall with Earthquake; Ground + Ice is a good combination.
     
    Some of my opposing pokes: Gengar, Dragonite, Ampharos, Poliwrath, Typhlosion, umm I can't think of any more.

    You're right, I don't even like Dusknoir. I would've used Rotom A if I had Plat. I guess i could replace DP& Gravity with Punches...

    I'm missing 100!!!??? 116+152=268+240=508, im only missing 2 which wouldn't help. Crunch solely for Gengar. I'll take the LO idea.
