4th Gen mysterious girl

I just went there, for curiosity, saw no girl, in the room, and no guy in the dining room... is it only at night or something?
 
when i saw a tv flashing in the chateau, i was like "WHA THE.. a tv on in this place?" heh Rotoms still got the theme song of the legendaries

but wow its so dang low-leveled

yea, u can only see em at night i think. But in order to see rotom its only night
 
I didn't see a girl and Substitute is still there, so she doesn't leave it/turn into it. I saw the old man though. I freaked out, saying to my brother "He moved, but his legs didn't! GHOST!!!"

Yeah, I'm an idiot. ^_^
 
So all the ghosts are there only at night? and how many times will htey come? cos I never saw 1 :(. And rotom is a legi INDEED. The legi song is played when you're battling him. And thats strange, because you don't hear that somg if u fight Shaymin, I heard

Yeah. 'cept Rotom isn't a legendary. It's a one-off like Riolu, just encountered through its own means. Rotom can breed, and its stats aren't really legendary-caliber.
 
The ghosts in the Old Chateu seem to just be there to add the feeling of it being abandoned and haunted by spirits. The only one there that seems to have a reason to go there is Rotom, as it's an one-off that's only found there. There's possibly more however. People say that one of the statues can be moved to reveal a basement, where you can find other ghosts, and pokemon such as Gengar if a certain GBA game is inserted.
 
You can find Gengar and Haunter in the eye room If you have a GBA Pokemon game in your DS. Eyes are kinda creepy...

He's gpt a point about the souds when you find him, but that is the only thing that would make it a legendary. So I have to say no it isn't.
 
Actually...There's more...I entered the room next to where she dropped an item...there's a painting of a tree there with a purple background...when your far away from the picture there are 2 red things on the tree that looks like eyes...then when you go near it the red things will disappear... and when you go back and forth in the rooms....You'll be able to see the girl and the old man again...^_^ but I have a question...How will you see rotom...I mean I went near the TV and it just says...It appears to be staring and it has malevolent eyes.....something like that...

You have to go at night to encounter rotom

You can only battle Rotom after you've beaten the Elite Four. Otherwise, it just says the TV has a "malevolent appearance."

Also, the picture with eyes is a picture of ROB, Nintendo's toy robot that hooked up to the NES. He's had dozens of cameos in Nintendo games since, but never Pokémon. Well, until now:
