Mysterious Seadra

Hi again. I have a Seadra card from EX Dragon (#40) and I'm having a heck of a time finding info about it. It's a holofoil and the whole card (except the illustration) is foil (including the border which is bright gold instead of yellow). At the bottom where the ecard reader area is there are 15 or so vertical lines instead of the usual field of black dots. I examined it for fakery and could find none - I have some fake holofoils with gold borders and they look very different from this one. This sort of thing familiar to anyone? It must be some sort of promo?

Are you sure it's not just a reverse holo? I thought all the reverse holos from the e-reader sets had the vertical lines on the bottom instead of the dots.

It does have the accent over the "e" every place it says Pokemon on the card, right?

I guess the thing that keeps me from thinking it's a just a reverse holo is that the borders aren't yellow like they are on my other reverses. It does have the accent over the "e"s; the only place that comes into play is in the copyright however. The attmt shows the card fairly well I think (but the copyright isn't legible).

That is a legitimate, reverse holofoil Seadra (40/97) from EX Dragon. Ordinarily, the card was an uncommon from the set.
