[Let's Play] Nah Fights Bloodborne Bosses because I have no life (final bosses cleared)

I thought I'd have a little fun and make use of the PS4's built-in capture function and upload vids of me fighting the bosses in Bloodborne and then post them on PC, provided I remember to grab the video and the fight is under 15 minutes. Don't expect too much though, I'm boring and average. I'm not going to record the vids for the chalice dungeon bosses.

This is my 2nd playthrough of Bloodborne, using a new character. Basically going for a skl/bloodtinge build with more emphasis on skl.

To start, I have 5 videos ready:

The game's first two bosses went well enough for me, but that's to be expected since, y'know, I've been through the game once already.



I think that I actually did Blood-Starved Beast before Amelia, but whatever, this one is labeled as the 3rd. I beat the previous bosses on the first try, but this was where that stopped happening. I think I beat her on the 3rd try? Idk what I would've done without the numbing mist. When I did this the first time I didn't even have the numbing mist but using the Hunter Axe transformed charged R2 kind of was just enough to do something about her healing. Saw Spear I don't get the feeling would've worked so well in that regard.

Took like 5 times to beat this one tis time. The first time I did it actually went strangely well--beat it on the 2nd try-- but that's probably why I didn't do so good this time....kinda just swung the axe and it died. I get that the basic idea is to knock it down so it loses its electric charge, the problem was trying to figure out how to do that this time with a different weapon(s). Which I'm still not entirely sure if I figured out the details or not, but oh well I guess.

Also I beat Hemwick Charnel Lane Witch but totally forgot to record that one lol

Don't forget to go and knock out the secret boss in the Chalice dungeons :^)

I think I know what you?re talking about. Haven?t fought it before, but yeah, I?ll record that one if I can.

It's actually IMO the most fun fight in the game. Super worth it and extremely challenging to get to.

This was surprisingly easy. But I guess that's what actually having a bloodtinge stat does for ya. Hopefully the Amygdala in the Defiled Chalice goes this well too.

Still don't care for Nightmare Frontier tho

LMAO sometimes your sense of humor can be quite splendid.

It took me like two dozen times to win this one cuz I'm fucking garbage.

I would've preferred to do this at a higher level with a slightly more upgraded weapon, but I REALLY wanted a new weapon, and two of the three only weapons that interested me require you to beat this boss first (actually did Eberitas after this one, which is why you see me use the Threaded Cane in this fight but the Church Pick in that one).

As a bonus, here's the same fight but with my first character. For whatever reason I saved the video of that and figured I could show that one too:



At least I think I have a halfway decent understanding of how you're supposed to fight Ludwig after all those attempts. Hopefully the 3rd time (whenever that happens) will go alright.

god i absolutely struggled with ludwig for so long. i havent actually successfully killed him on NG+ yet, only NG.
jesus that dude is rough. i think orphan is even harder, too

I feel like Orphan might be less bad though on this playthrough, but of course now that I've said that I've jinxed myself and i'm going to die like 100 times or something lol

Two attempts. You get to see both of them here. Didn't know wtf I was doing the first try, but then I remembered that you can parry her and it went a lot better even though I nearly died a couple of times anyway



I suppose I have to give them points for doing something a little different for a fight. Was a bit surprised that I was able to get it in the time limit, though maybe that's because I've done this one before and so had a vague idea of what to do. It's still one of the longer ones though, with a lot of running around lol.




I got really lucky on this one. Kind of shouldn't have gotten this one done on the first try. There's a part where I get hit twice, and then somehow manage to dodge the 3rd strike. The blades touch me, but because of quickstep i-frames, I live. Was my fault anyway, I was getting greedy, going for that second strike.




but I'm garbage at phase 1

So that now leaves me with Orphan, the special chalice boss, and the 2nd final boss to do (I did the first one already, recorded that and will upload a different day).

I think that this was the 5th attempt? Wasn't any sooner than that I'm pretty sure. A little surprised that this was the one where I won, I didn't feel like I was doing a very good job.

Beat Moon Presence on the 2nd attempt, as on the first I managed to get myself torn apart in under 30 seconds. And then there's that totally anti-climatic ending where I missed the visceral attack and just bopped it on the head instead lol.
