I feel as though Espeon's status for a special sweeper is pushed back compared to the majority of others available. To be blunt; its the lesser of the many. Since it can use Iron Tail, its tail was shown to have glowing capabilities.

1. Hmm, Togepi? From what I remember, the red and blue colors are just switched. There may be a slight skin color change, but if there is, I think it's subtle.

4. The Abra line. When I encountered one in Ruby, I only knew it was shiny because of the sparking. The color difference is so minimal.

5. Basculin. I found one last night and if I didn't notice the sparkles when it first appeared I would have probably missed it. It's really just a lighter shade of green and not all that noticeable.
