No, I only ever made Double Dash then asked to be changed to Cipher DSX. I went as Cipher DSX where Cipher wasn't available.

But if Cipher isn't available, then forget the name change. Sorry for the trouble. :)

I would like to change my nme to Sephiroth... I know it is taken, but the user has been inactive since 2004... And I doubt they are coming back... But if still no change... I would like to change it to Sephiroth+
But I would prefer Sephiroth if possible. Thanks.

You need to be a member for at least three months before you can get a name change; since you joined on December 14th, you'll need to wait until March 14th before you're eligible. As well, the name you chose is already taken, so you'll have to think of something else.
