Well trapinch isn't a dragon type, but i can see that the answer is trapinch. Because it's the only pokemon that evolves into a dragon type at lv.35, and then again at lv.45.
So yeah trapinch is the answer.

-a green pokemon that flys around

-can use grass attacks

-and is found near route around Fortree

to crap with all the points, just play for fun. rofl

grioudon is a single staged pkmn.. its a 2nd stager... with no 3rd stage, as well as groudon isnt black.. anyways... i am not 100% sure, but i'll guess Macargo.... altho its more grey then black.. but meh.. lol
