Nature Balls- My Idea

One thing I think that would really be cool for Pokemon to introduce is nature balls, instead of having to catch a ton of pokemon and wait for the right nature. If you want an adamant darumaka throw an Adamant Ball.

That's a lot of balls. Why not just use a Synchronizer?

This. Synchronizers make the nature-searching process a lot easier. That, and buying a bunch of those balls would be so expensive.

Furthermore, the nature of a Pokemon is determined when it's encountered. It can't change, even after you catch it.

How would you know what kind of Ball to use? I can't see the nature of a Pokemon when battling it. Then they had to make a new feature or just have prompt that says "This Pokemon is _______." when you try to use the Nature Ball. Kinda contradictory...

But it's easy to get rich in pokemon. Cost shouldn't matter.

No, the idea is that the ball used would make the Pokemon the nature of the ball. So if I threw an Adamant Ball at a Petilil, not that I'd want to, and caught her, she would be Adamant.

What about in games where rematches aren't possible? Or getting sellable items is difficult? Considering there are over 20 natures, that can get costly. At least 20 of those are competitively viable, and assuming these balls are $1000 each, like other specially crafted balls, it can get pretty costly. Plus I don't imagine the ball type would look that pretty, and some people would prefer to have a Pokemon in a matching ball. I doubt they'd want to make a different style for over 20 nature balls, since they're so similar and the only difference between them would be what nature they are.
