Near-death experience?

average length 2-13 feet if that was what you saw then it was prolly a juvenile
 
Once my nose startaed bleeding so much that I lost almost half of my body's blood that day. I could not even stand up, then I just felt like I needed water, soI asked my cusin for cold water on the way to the hospital, I trowed the water on my head. The doctors told me that if I had n ot done that my nose would not calm down and I would not be here.
 
wow from a nosebleed...1 time i hit my nose on a door ( dont ask ) it its bled once a week ever since that ....pretty bad nose bleed but nuthing serious...
 
Swimming Pools are cars tend to be the norm ^^;
Wow, a fatal nosebleed? scary..

I don't think it was a nurse shark -they dont attack unless provoked ^^ and only eat small shellfish
I was quite a few metres above this shark, but it saw me panicing and charged towards me ^^;
It might've been some kind of reef shark?
 
yeah i was gonna say, nurse sharks arent mean or nething....i'm gonna look somore have 2 windows up 1 PC other eh...some shark site.....surfing the net is so fun...

I had a sort of near-death experience when I was probably around 7. Anyways, I know I've told this story before too. It happened at my grandfather's house. I had probably just learned to ride a bike and I wanted to show off to him. Afterwards my dad and my grandfather went into the backyard and told me not to bring my bike back there. Did I listen? Of course not. >_< Turns out, I rode my bike quite fast into the backyard and there just happens to be a steep hill back there. I ended up falling down that hill. Halfway down the hill was a tractor with a flatbed attached to it. My head came just inches from hitting it. I ended up with just a few cuts and bruises but if I had hit the flatbed... I don't even want to think about the possibilities. x_x

A couple years ago, my friend had a near-death experience too. We were on our 8th grade Spanish trip to Montreal. She decided to try to cross in the middle of the road. She didn't realize there was a car coming. The driver even saw her crossing... and then he sped up. o_o; Luckily she made it across okay... but it was really scary to watch.
 
I'ev had some.

Okay,this was when I was like 5,6.We were at the State Fair.NE ways,my mom told my dad to wach me.We were at this game and they walked off,but I just stood there looking at this game.They were walkin,and my mom said "Wheres Michael!?!?"..They started lookin for me and then they went back to where they were and there I was just lookin at this game.We have nevea gone back to the Fair sence then.

I don't know how old I was when this happend.My family was eatin dinner and I got done,so I went up stairs.I started to go down stairs and I fell,all the way down them,I didn't have to go to the hospital,thank God.

I was 10,me and my sister were at the top of the stairs and she pushed me,I started to surf down them tell I hite the gate(we had a gate on them at the time).

I was 11,my brothers and sisters were at the park(my mom and dad were gone).NE ways we were playin and some one called my name,I was on top of the slide and I started to get off.But I triped and fell and hit my mouth and mt lip got stuck on my braces,we went home and my sister called my mom & dad,they came home and toke me to the hospital.

I think thats it,if I think of more I'll post them.
 
hehe, yeah everyone tends to get injuries when they're younger
I swallowed a 2 pence coin (very big) when i was 4 and had to go to hospital to have it quickly removed, and i fell off my bike, smashed up my face, and broke one of the front teeth when i was about 10 ^^; luckily no scars though, and i had my tooth fixed

Cut off one of your fingers? Ahhh!! I had never had a near death experience. But I've seen them on TV a couple times. Hey is it true you see a angel or something like that? I get scared really easy sometimes too...
 
I didn't see an angel -i just kinda though 'so this is it..this is where i will die..well at least i'll be eaten by an animal'
..i love animals and nature XD i know..really random thought to have when u think it's the end XD but it's what i thought ^^;
 
yup...well...sorta near death...if you consider it...a bit...
When I was 5, i was biking along the road(wearing a helmet XD) while crossing the street, a car came over the hill 30 mph(she told my dad and me after she hit me) and she hit me...funny part is, i think i got only 1 bruise and thats it...
not sure if thats near death at all
 
I actually don't think that I've had ay near death experiences at all. Though I have had near-near-death experiences. XD I must be some kind of Momma's boy. =P
 
No never. Even though when I was little I nearly got drowned or fell off the bike without helmet on... Well I don't call myself a lucky person since I get hit by something everyday ( it is true)
 
Let's see, when I was 18 months old my family discovered I had a peanut allergy............the hard way. It wasn't pretty, and thank god I don't remember it.

i once had a nosebleed problem, and I was sick at the end of it, when I went to the hospital. in fact, I was vomiting the blood :confused: But why am I to complain? I've been to the hospital 3 times on three separate occasions (hit by a sled in the winter, excesive nosebleeds, and a cat scratch in the eye :meow: ) Want to know my near-death experience? I insulted my sister a few too many times... :dead:

Hoo, yeah, a few actually. XD
Once, I was swimming I looked under me and till this day I could swear it was a shark. I started learning about them also. XD If it looked at me, it would have tried to attack me. Then, when I was 3, I was running about as usual like a maniac, so theres this 30 ft. tree next door. it was windy, so it blew over into my room. XD

And DF, your right. There is no way it was a Nurse Shark. However, if you give me a full description I could probably tell you what it was.
If it was a reef shark, your really lucky.
 
Hmm, I was never in one near death experience except when I almost got ran over a car a number of times. I never have luck with them. XD
One of them happened when I was busy playing gameboy in the middle of the street (Boy, I was so sucked into the game and forgot about the street lights so I passed right by) The next thing I know, I hear a car honking while driving like 50 mph right at me. And you know what I did? I jumped away. XD But my leg got hit alittle but it was okay.
