Hey everyone, third time posting here. Still a noob so please don't flame me...
After painfully ditching my defensive Mega-Aggron, I need to come up with a Mega replacement that hits like a nuke. So Here goes:

    Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers Lead
    Ability: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpA
    Quiet Nature
    - Stone Edge
    - Fire Blast
    - Ice Beam
    - Stealth Rock

Special Tar! It's so fun watching incoming Skarmorys and Ferrothorns burn! Totally catches people off guard from the get-go. Unfortunately I will have nothing to go for against opposite Tars...

    Gyarados (M) @ Lum Berry
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 Atk / 6 Def / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Waterfall
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Dragon Dance

Lum Berry instead of leftovers cuz it hates WoW.

    Scizor (M) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Technician
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    - Bullet Punch
    - X-Scissor
    - Brick Break
    - Swords Dance

I had to fit in a fighting type move somewhere in my team.

    Garchomp (M) @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Rough Skin
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Outrage
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - Fire Blast

Fire Blast is solely for coverage. I can't think of a better move... Crunch maybe?

    Noivern (M) @ Life Orb/Expert Belt
    Ability: Infiltrator
    EVs: 6 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Draco Meteor
    - Air Slash
    - Flamethrower
    - Taunt

I absolutely love this revenge killer. Really can't think of anything else with that speed and movepool. Also, infiltrator does wonders against Substitutes. Air Slash for reliability.

I want a Mega-evolution but don't know which one suits my team best.

A few restrictions for team building:
    1. Breedable Pokemon only
    2. Gen VI accessible moves only
    3. NO Rotom/Aegislash at all costs.

    Thanks a lot!

Before putting in a mega evolution, I'd address your pretty crippling Rotom-W weakness. Noivern is a "check" but is pretty awful at it when sand, SR, LO recoil, and a potential burn will all eat away at its health even if it somehow avoids Rotom's STAB attacks. This gives rise to the more general weakness to stall as a whole, as Quagsire can wall your boosters, Garchomp can't break much of anything locked into attacks, and Noivern and Tyranitar don't hit hard enough and wear down easily.

To help with stall, I'd run Mega Medicham or Mega Heracross to break open their defensive core. They're also good against bulky teams even though offense is a harder match-up.

I think the real shoe to drop on this team is replacing one of your sweepers, probably the slow and punchless Scizor, with something that can actually absorb status. Magic Guard Clefable (Calm Mind) is always a solid choice for this role. You really can't afford to be weak to a staple like Rotom though.

    Thanks for the reply!
Ya... Rotoms have always been in my face. I've never had any idea to deal with it frankly.

Grass types in general counter Rotom-W because they resist its STABs (which are usually the only attacks it runs) and threaten with supereffective Grass STAB, so you could try one of those. Quagsire and Gastrodon also counter Rotom-W because they are immune to its STABs and don't really care about a burn (and make for decent defensive pokes).

I'd replace Noivern if I were you. Besides its high Speed, there's not much else good about it. Not to mention it shares that 4x Ice weakness with Garchomp; don't want too much of that on the team.

Oh, and as for needing a Mega that hits like a nuke, try Mega Mawile, or like Anti said, Mega Medicham/Heracross.

For non-Mega Scizor, you're better off using the Choice Band variant, as Mega Scizor pulls off its old sets of (bulky) Swords Dance much better:
    -U-turn
    -Bullet Punch
    -Superpower/Brick Break
    -Pursuit/Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Technician

Fire Blast is the best option for Scarfed Garchomp. A supereffective Crunch is still out damaged by a neutral STAB Outrage, so Crunch isn't worth it. Also, if you intend on keeping Fire Blast, change the nature to Naive so as not to weaken its power.

I second what Zekrom said. Scarf Garchomp already fulfils the Dragon revenge killing duties, so Noivern has to go and be replaced by Quagsire or Gastrodon. They're checks at best, since they can't do much to it outside of Toxic:

    Quagsire:
    -Scald
    -Earthquake
    -Toxic
    -Recover
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Unaware

    Gastrodon:
    -Scald
    -Earth Power/Earthquake
    -Toxic/Ice Beam
    -Recover
    Nature: Bold/Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Storm Drain

Also in agreement that Mega Medicham, Mega Mawile or Mega Heracross should be the Megas to use. The latter two's Fire weaknesses can be covered by Garchomp, Tyranitar and Quagsire/Gastrodon:

    Medicham:
    -High Jump Kick
    -Zen Headbutt
    -Fire Punch/Ice Punch
    -Fake Out/Substitute
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Medichamite
    Ability: Pure Power

    Mega Mawile:
    -Play Rough
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head/Knock Off
    -Swords Dance/Substitute
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 132 HP/252 Atk/124 Spe
    Item: Mawilite
    Ability: Intimidate

    or
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Play Rough
    -Foul Play
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Mawilite
    Ability: Intimidate

    or
    -Substitute
    -Focus Punch
    -Play Rough/Iron Head
    -Sucker Punch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 172 HP/252 Atk/84 Spe
    Item: Mawilite
    Ability: Intimidate

    Heracross:
    -Pin Missile
    -Close Combat
    -Rock Blast
    -Earthquake/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 40 HP/252 Atk/216 Spe
    Item: Heracronite
    Ability: Guts/Moxie

    Thanks for the Input!

Was just thinking, wouldn't Mega-Gyarados be an awesome lure-and-EQ against Rotom-W?

    - Fire Blast
    - Ice Beam

    Gyarados (M) @ Gyaradosite
    Ability: Intimidate
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 252 Atk / 6 Def / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Waterfall
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Fang

    - Rock Slide
    - Fire Blast

    Ferrothorn (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Iron Barbs

    Relaxed Nature
    IVs: 0 Spe
    - Power Whip
    - Gyro Ball
    - Leech Seed
    - Stealth Rock

Who would have good synergy as 6th member in this case?

Try mega chomp over reg chomp and reg gyara over mega gyara idk could work

I dont like ferrothorn on a team like this at all, and i also dislike pursuitless ttar

Defog on Scizor and give it a more defensive spread?

Id try cleric clefable/syleon at the last slot
