Need a new special sweeper... suggestions?

    Ok so I was just trying to make an entire team I could use online and stuff in PBR and since my Porygon-Z is at Level 100 but all my other dudes are in the 50's, I wanted to make it easier on myself (since if I use Porygon-Z the computer uses level 100's, vs my 50's... no fair) so I want a new special sweeper that I'll raise to about level 55. Any good suggestions? Something that isn't overused, much like Porygon lol.
     
    Raichu with Hidden Power Ice comes to mind.

    EVs: 252 Special Attack, 132 HP, 126 SP. Def
    ~Calm Mind
    ~Thunderbolt
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Flamethrower/Psychic
     
    I'm gonna be blunt. It's truly gonna suck to get it, but it's worth it. Hidden Power (HP) is a move that's type & power changes in pokemon. If you keep breeding, you can try to get one with HP Ice. It will take a long time. Maybe someone else can elaborate. I'm tired.

    Ok so basically I'll know if it's HP Ice if the type of the attack is ice? Seems simple enough besides the fact I'm gonna have to get a female with the right nature, everstone it and breed till my eyes bleed.
     
    Any others? I can't get a Raichu with surf... crazy talk.

    -Trump Card
    never done a slowking.

    Trump card can come in handy when fighting Mysterial's legendary team, especially against mewtwo because of Pressure.
     
    ok, Raichu isnt that great, his stats are meh. Better special sweepers would be here, if you want to look at the top 100 special attack stats https://www.serebii.net/pokedex-dp/stat/sp-attack.shtml, I like Magnezones stats, dont like him, Espeon, Glaceon, Gardevoir, Alakazam, Gengar, Roserade, Magmortar, Togekiss, Yanmega... Those are all good. i would like to note that Raichu, is not on this list.
     
    Togekiss is easy to get as a special sweeper. It only took me one shot to breed a Togepi with a Modest Nature and Serene Grace for my sister. I have a Togepi with a Modest Nature (unfortunatly the ability is Hustle, it was the second egg). If you're interested. I'll give it to you for free.

    Thanks dude, I think I need an Eeveelution on my team so Espeon sounds pretty tight. And fearow, thanks anyways but if I had the choice I'd breed it myself, as much as I hate it I'd rather do my own thing. But thanks though.
     
    Espeon has always been one of my FAVORITES. She has pro stats lol.

    Espeon
    Modest Nature
    Ability Syncronize
    EV's: 252 Special Attack 128 speed 128 HP
    Attacks:
    Psychic
    Morning Sun
    Not sure but I think you can teach Espeon Silver wind if not correct me. (silver wind = pr0 for dark types)
    Shadow Ball

    Probably not the best set up, but I like it. Psychic gives you STAB, and now that I think about it Focus Blast would prob be better then Silver Wind.

    Another Special Sweeper option is a Gengar or Roserade

    Roserade
    Modest Nature
    EV's: 252 Spe. Att. 252 Speed 6 HP
    Attacks:
    Shadow Ball
    Sludge Bomb (STAB)
    Leaf Storm/Energy Ball (STAB)
    HP Water/not sure on the last attack though

    Gengar
    Modest Nature
    EV's 252 Special Attack 128 Speed 128 Sp. Def.
    Attacks:
    Shadow Ball (STAB)
    Sludge Bomb (STAB)
    Hypnosis
    Dream Eater
