The only Attack Editor Pro that I know of is this one: https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=122519. And I'm pretty sure it's for the GBA, not GBC.
I think you can use the "GSC Attack Editor" on this page: https://swamperttools.webs.com/downloads.htm.
But to be honest, you're better off learning how to do it with a hex editor and table file, as you'll be doing a lot more of that in the future if you plan on hacking GBC games.

It's not Gold, but you might look into the Pokemon Crystal disassembly. I'm using the one for Red version, and editing attacks is the simplest thing ever. EVAR.
You can also do a lot more than just edit attacks with it, and unless it's scripting with ASM, you can do it with little to no experience.
