When the PokeBank and Transporter become available late December, I'm gonna bring up the team that I was using for Black2/White2 Wifi battles to my Y. It's obviously gonna need to be tweaked, since X/Y has significantly altered the metagame. The team is:

    1) Mega Blaziken (this one is already on my Y, since event Torchic) w/Blazikenite:
    Nature: Lonely
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed
Moves: Flare Blitz, High Jump Kick, Protect, Shadow Claw
    Ability: Speed Boost

    2) Vaporeon w/Lum Berry
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 4 Sp.Def
    Moves: Wish, Toxic, Scald, Protect
    Ability: Water Absorb

    3) Ferrothorn w/Leftovers
    Nature: Brave (don't remember exactly)
    EVs: 252 HP, 48 Def, 204 Sp.Def
Moves: Gyro Ball, Power Whip, Substitute, Leech Seed
    Ability: Iron Barbs

    4) Gengar w/Ghost Gem
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 Sp.Attack, 252 Speed
Moves: Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Psychic, Thunderbolt
    Ability: Levitate

    5) Mamoswine w/Nevermeltice
    Nature: Lonely
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed
Moves: Ice Shard, Ice Fang, Stone Edge, Earthquake
    Ability: Snow Cloak

    6) Haxorus w/Choice Band
    Nature: Naughty
    EVs: 252 Attack, 36 HP, 216 Speed
Moves: Outrage, Brick Break, Dragon Claw, Earthquake
    Ability: Mold Breaker

I'm aware that this isn't 100% perfect by Gen 5 standards. I'm also aware that Gengar will need a moveset change and item change when it arrives. I would also like to replace Haxorus. While its powerful, all I have it do is spam Outrage, which is no longer a good idea with all the Fairies running about. And I will not budge on Vaporeon and Blaziken. They stay, along with their sets.
So if you can help me, please do. I'd appreciate it.

Consider Swords Dance or Stone Edge over Blaziken's Shadow Claw.

Ferrothorn is too slow for SubSeed and it's well-known for the hazard support it provides:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Power Whip/Protect
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/208 Def/48 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Iron Barbs

Ghost Gem doesn't exist in X/Y. Gengar already hits Fighting and Poison Pokemon hard with Shadow Ball anyways:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Focus Blast/Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Substitute/Protect
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Black Sludge

    or
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Focus Blast
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/Thunderbolt/Trick
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

Icicle Crash is the superior Ice STAB on Mamoswine:
    -Icicle Crash
    -Earthquake
    -Ice Shard
    -Stone Edge/Stealth Rock
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Choice Band
    Ability: Thick Fat

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -Ice Shard
    -Icicle Crash/Stone Edge
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Oblivious (now prevents Taunt from affecting Mamoswine)

Choice Haxorus is now risky in Gen VI due to the Fairies running around:
    -Dragon Dance/Swords Dance
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake/Taunt
    -Poison Jab
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 120 HP/252 Atk/136 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry
    Ability: Mold Breaker
