[Help] Need advice

Hey everyone. My name is Adam. My first time playing Pokémon was the day red and blue came out in north america. The last few years I really got back into it. I have played a few hacks in the past like ash gray, glazed and a few others. I'm really just looking for advice for a great hack to play as it has been a minute. I'm more into crazy fun stories. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you. Oh and I absolutely loved gold/silver/crystal. Can't wait to hear suggestions.

It is always great to see more new members who have been playing since Red / Blue join PokéCommunity! I started there too. ^^
What was your favourite starter back then ? Is it your favourite pokémon since ?

I loved Gold / Silver / Crystal as well! The day / night system, with colors, added such a great ambience!
I don't know much about ROM hacks, but you can find what you seek in ROM Hacks Studio section!
I can suggest to you some great fan games though! While they might not be crazy fun, some of them might have one or two funny moments! ^^

Welcome! I've heard that the Pokémon Snakewood hack is good as far as storytelling goes, but I haven't played it myself. Could be a shout!
