Need help for pokemon, trainer and map Sprites

I was thinking of creating a new pokemon rom hack and i am a horrible artist i will need extreme help if you help me you will be repaid by being the co-owner of my pokemon rom hack to be my partner

To get the job you must agree to these rules

1. You must submit 1 trainer and 1 pokemon sprite of your own first if i like them I will accept you

2. If you do not like my ideas you may tell me ( i am not a selfish idiot )

3. you have to respect that i am 14 and also i am a Male :P

Any further information about the game will be discussed after your acceptance
