Need help identifying card

Hi everyone, I recently searched through my Pokemon card collection and found this card
The only thing I am confused with this hard is the Ex Holon Phantoms logo on it.
I've searched through many websites trying to find a card like this but I couldn't find any that looked like this one. The back doesn't really look fake. So overall I'm wondering if this card is fake or not. Thanks :)

It's not a fake. Sets from about 2003 to 2007 did something weird with their "reverse holo" cards. What was done was they would make the picture holofoil and then throw the set's logo onto the picture.

All the Holon Phantoms, Dragon Frontiers and Power Keepers revs are like this. Before that they had gold text and weird holo effects on the pics. It's legit though
