    hi im on birth island and need help im in front of the triangle rock if someone can give me a picture of how to move the rock

    first things first u need patience...then just touch it at the closest spot to u every time it moves and u should get it eventually...but if u used a cheat which u must have then u may have trouble with your deoxys...as i did when i tired it before...sorry
     
    Go to gamefaqs.com, GBA, Pokemon Fire Red, FAQs, and look foor the Island 9 solution picture.
    Yes it's the same for Fire Red and Emerald.
    I can't post links yet, so you'll have to do it the long way ...
