    Hi everyone. =)
Second team I've made with quite some fun in OU.

    (Tyranitar) (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    - Crunch
    - Stone Edge
    - Brick Break
    - Stealth Rock

    (Scizor) (M) @ Iron Plate
    Ability: Technician
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    - Bullet Punch
    - X-Scissor
    - Brick Break
    - Swords Dance
never got right timing to use Roost

    (Gyarados) (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Waterfall
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Fang
    - Dragon Dance

(Aggron-Mega) (M) @ Aggronite Must keep. Heart and soul of team
    Ability: Filter
    EVs: 252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 SpD
    Careful Nature
    - Heavy Slam or Iron Head?
    - Earthquake or Stone Edge?
    - Dragon Tail
    - Thunder Wave or Taunt?

    (Dragonite) (M) @ Weakness Policy
    Ability: Multiscale
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Dragon Claw
    - Extreme Speed
    - Fire Punch or Thunder Punch?
    - Dragon Dance

(Noivern) (M) @ Life Orb Awesome Revenge Killer
    Ability: Infiltrator
    EVs: 6 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Draco Meteor
    - Flamethrower
    - Hurricane or Aerial Ace?
    - U-turn

    Common problem:
    Rotom-W, Quagsire, Blessey, Mega-Medicham
    Access to Grass-type attacks

    Team Member Restrictions:
    1. Breedable Pokemon only
    2. No Rotom-W (I just hate it so much)
    3. No Access to pre-Gen VI moves (Bug Bite, Superpower etc.)
    4. Those with 'must keep' CAN be replaced, but I'll be quite disappointed.

Any help is very much appreciated! Thanks =)

There's no reason for Tyranitar to use Brick Break. Earthquake provides more power and similar coverage:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Stone Edge/Ice Beam
    -Crunch
    -Earthquake/Fire Blast
    Nature: Impish/Relaxed
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Stream

If you want non-Mega Scizor, Choice Band is the best bet (considering that your Mega slot is taken up by Aggron):
    -U-turn
    -Bullet Punch
    -Superpower/Brick Break
    -Pursuit/Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Technician

There's no reason for regular Gyarados to use Ice Fang. Mega Gyarados only uses it to 2HKO non-physically defensive Mega Venusaur because Mold Breaker ignores Thick Fat. Stone Edge, while shaky, is preferred. Move the last 4 EVs to Defense as you die to 4 Stealth Rock switch-ins instead of 5.

Having a backup Stealth Rock user is good, IMO; Aggron does make a fine user of it if Tyranitar can't set it up for whatever reason. The choices between coverage moves is all up to personal preference, though Rock Slide is preferred over Stone Edge for consistency, as low-PP moves are detriments to defensive Pokemon:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Heavy Slam/Iron Head
    -Thunder Wave/Ice Punch
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

If you want to keep Aggron alive throughout the match, try this set out:
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Heavy Slam/Iron Head
    -Earthquake/Ice Punch
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

Earthquake> Fire Punch on Dragonite. Hitting non-Balloon Heatran is useful. Again, move the last 4 EVs to Defense for the reason I stated for Gyarados.

Outside of Aggron, this team is wrecked by Stealth Rock, particularly Noivern, Dragonite and Gyarados. You really need a Rapid Spinner/Defogger on the team, and Starmie is the one to do it, since adding in Excadrill would add another Fire and Ground weakness. I'm afraid you need to ditch Noivern, as while its Speed is good, it doesn't have much to stand out from other OU Dragons. Dragonite can already fulfill revenge-killing duties with Extreme Speed:
    -Hydro Pump
    -Psyshock/Thunderbolt
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

Thanks again for such an in-depth analysis.

    1. Can you kindly explain the EV spread on Tyranitar, Scizor and Aggron on why they're not following 252/252/4 format?

    2. Is Aggron's Iron Head preferred over Heavy Slam simply for consistency? Being the slower Pokemon, Aggron can never flinch opponents right?

    3. Without Noivern's Hurricane, I don't know what to do with Fighting types nor Mega Venusaur. Also, how do I deal with bulky water pokemon like Vaporean, Rotom-W, Quagsire?

    1. Scizor dies to 8 Stealth Rock switch-ins with 252 HP as opposed to 9, which is why 248 HP is preferred. Tyranitar's HP is 248 as well, since it takes less hazard damage that way. As for Aggron, Relaxed with 16 Defense EVs gives it a jump point in Defense, while simultaneously helping its average Special Defense.

    2. Heavy Slam is useful against lighter opponents like Sylveon, but it's not that useful on heavier ones like Mamoswine. Iron Head is mainly used for the harder hits on heavier targets, plus the flinch chance works well with Thunder Wave.

    3. Since I added in Starmie, its Psyshock is capable of inflicting heavy damage to Mega Venusaur at least. Scizor can assist in wearing Mega Venusaur down before Starmie comes in to KO it.

I realized that my team is suddenly without a fire move, rendering me helpless against opposing Skarmory, Ferrothorn, Forretress, Scizor etc. and Tyranitar's Fire Blast is shaky at best.

    85% accuracy is still acceptable.

If you want a Fire move, a Mega Venusaur check/counter and a revenge killer all in one, use Talonflame:
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -U-turn
    -Tailwind/Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Bulk Up
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gale Wings

Of course, you still have to use this with Starmie, since Talonflame is 4x weak to Stealth Rock.

Anyway, here's what the team should look like, IMO:
    Talonflame/Starmie/Aggron/Tyranitar or Gyarados/Scizor/Dragonite

But the team is still chock-full of physical attackers, so dropping a physical team member for a special or mixed one may be a better idea.
