Explosion/Agility(I know that Agility is bad for my Metagross, but DO NOT suggest CBgross to me. I really don't wanna get stuck on Meteor mash when Skarmory comes in -_-)

--What role does this Metagross have? If it's a sweeper, than sweeperss don't need explosion. If it's a tank (which I'm assuming it's not).....I'm not sure.--

I need help on a 6th member >_< One thing, DO NOT suggest Blissey to me. It was annoying getting the battle points for thunderpunch and I'm not trading a Chansey from LG-->XD-->Emerald. Too much hassle. Another special tank may be good, Milotic can't handle everything o_o

As for the sixth pokemon, I recommend either Regice or Mantine.
 
Mantine = Fail

Regice = Harsh Weaknesses

come now, Dusknoir is already a good wall to cripple sweepers.
