4th Gen Need help urgently!

I am currently fighting Leader Morty...
I got up against his Gengar and all my pokemon fainted barring my HM slave, Rattata...
Neither my Rattata's moves nor Gengar's moves will effect either pokemon, so no-one can win and I haven't saved in ages!
What can I do?
Please, if you know anything tell me!

I think you should well I guess lose....doesn't he have Sucker Punch?

Sucker punch is ghost type...normal type are immune to their attacks!

So the only move that works that either of us have is his Hypnosis, and all it does is put me to sleep!

Any idea how I can do anything?

I have no items to revive anyone either...

Check again, it's a dark type.
